LETTER OF INVITATION
An official letter of invitation can be provided by request to individuals who have successfully registered for the Children and HIV: Closing the Gap - Ending Vertical Transmission through Community Action symposium. If you need a letter of invitation from symposium organizers in order to apply for a Visa to travel to the United States, please request one through the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially commit symposium organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the symposium are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the Visa requirements to enter the United States and apply for a Visa if necessary. Delegates are strongly encouraged to apply for their Visa as soon as possible (at least 2 months before the travel dates) to ensure that it is issued on time.
